  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.

  • Send appointment confirmation and follow-up emails (only when you have requested a booking or given explicit consent).

  • Email service providers — we use SMTP services to deliver booking confirmation emails.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
